- Legal Compliance: Ensuring alongside the Landlord that the rental property meets all legal requirements, such as safety regulations and tenancy matters.
- Inventory / Check-out: Conducting inventory checks at the start of a tenancy and completing check-outs at the end of tenancy to document the condition of the property.
- Tenancy Agreements: Preparing and managing legally binding tenancy agreements.
- Dispute Resolution: Handling disputes between Landlords and Tenants to find amicable solutions, including deposit returns and tenancy breaches.
For Tenants, we offer as Letting Agents:
