Well ...
- We will always recognise that this is YOUR property and YOUR investment and that you have chosen us to take care of it as if it is our own !! We know that we are your eyes and ears, your feet on the ground, and you pay us to do a good job!
- We fully appreciate that the right level of communication to meet your needs is essential, and that being kept up to date is an essential part of our relationship.
- We will not (unless you have asked us to) make decisions without your knowledge or consent…The only exception being if there’s an emergency situation and we cannot contact you, then we will make a necessary decision to protect your tenants, your property and you.
- We offer a late-night service each Wednesday from 5pm-9:30pm, this is as we understand that 9am- 5pm is not always convenient especially if you have work/family commitments and cannot talk.
- We will get back in contact with you within 24 hours of your contacting us... and much sooner when we are not out on appointments. (If we don’t then you can expect a £10 reduction on next month's Agency fee from us!!)
- We will tell you honestly if we feel there are issues with your property or your tenancy that need to be corrected.
- We won't make promises to complete tasks we know are not possible, we will always tell you the truth… even if at times it's not what you want to hear!
- We will make sure that you do not feel like one landlord in a portfolio of many landlords, you will always be treated individually and taken seriously. We want to talk to our landlords ...we want to get to know you (as much as you are happy for us too).
- We really do recognise that one size service does not fit all, you can ask us to provide bespoke agreements to suit you and your property needs.
- We will not let your property if it is not to the best standard, it can be in !!- Well looked after properties really do tend to invite tenants who want to care for it!
- We do not take any property !! Each home we agree to act as Agents for must be somewhere we would be happy to live in ourselves! It is important for us to be proud of the properties we Let.
- We recognise that building relationships is key... will always let you know who is in our Team, and who to talk to. We will update any changes when they happen... Not when you ring and find out the person you shared a complex matter with is now no longer available and you have to start again!!
- You are always welcome in our office. No appointment is needed and if we are already in a meeting... We will put the kettle on!!
- You will get a dedicated portal link so you can find out what is happening with your property 24 hours a day.
